Owner's Story

With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Ann Drucker and her husband, Kevin, are passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. As co-owners of Ivybrook Academy’s Cary and North Raleigh campuses, they bring their expertise, dedication, and a warm, family-oriented approach to every child they care for.

In addition to their professional accomplishments, Ann and Kevin have been happily married for 23 years, and together, they are the proud parents of three wonderful children. Their deep understanding of both family life and the importance of early education makes them uniquely equipped to create a welcoming and enriching environment for families.

They are deeply committed to their community, striving to make a positive impact by providing high-quality, individualized care to the youngest members of their school communities. They believe that the foundation of a child’s education is built on love, respect, and curiosity.
