Owner's Story

Born and raised in a multicultural society in Mumbai, India, Shilpa and Amit moved to the USA in 2001. After spending time in New York and Massachusetts, they decided to raise their now 11-year-old daughter, Arya, in West Chester, Pennsylvania. They are active members of the local community.

Shilpa and Amit are trained clinicians and have an MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. They each have over 20 years of leadership and management experience in healthcare and hospitality space.

Shilpa is the Director at Accuity Healthcare, a tech enabled physician led revenue cycle company. Amit most recently worked for Trinity Health—a 90 hospital integrated health system based out of Livonia, MI.

Like healthcare, education has a just cause and Shilpa and Amit feel deeply passionate about being able to participate in the growth and development of the future generation.

They intend to use their experience and above all their ability to build and maintain relationships to open and successfully operate their first Ivybrook Academy.
