At Ivybrook Academy Mooresville, we provide nurturing and educational programs for children aged 18 months to 6 years. By collaborating closely with parents, our environment is designed to maximize each child's potential across social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth areas. Our curriculum is meticulously designed to foster a love for learning through exploration and discovery.

Operating ten months of the year, we also provide a separate Summer Camp for the remaining two months. During the school year, we're open Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and our summer hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We offer both morning and afternoon sessions, ensuring children have meaningful learning experiences while balancing time away from family. Our half-day schedules are tailored to reduce stress for children and prepare them for full-day schooling. 

Our Programs

Toddler Preschool: Encouraging independence and exploration, toddlers enjoy a safe space to express themselves through singing, dancing, art, and reading.

Preschool for 2-Year-Olds: Divided into younger and older sections, this program supports intellectual and social development through relationship-building and skill discovery.

Preschool for 3-Year-Olds: Students begin exploring their world, learning practical life skills, and fostering curiosity and respect for others.

Preschool for 4 & 5-Year-Olds: Our pre-kindergarten program evaluates foundational skills in reading, writing, and math, focusing on problem-solving and socialization.

Private Kindergarten: Blending Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophies, our curriculum covers reading, writing, math, science, and social studies with a focus on small group work.

Preschool Summer Camp: Each summer, our campuses feature themed activities such as building, water fun, scientific exploration, and nature discovery.

Discovery Program: Offering classes in music, movement, language, and art, our Discovery Program encourages creative expression in both mini-art and central studios.
