Owner's Story

Chris Millehan is an accomplished corporate professional and business owner. Chris received his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He has held roles at GE, ExxonMobil, and Carilion Clinic. Chris also brings business leadership experience, having owned a fire and water damage restoration business and having operated as a FedEx Ground delivery contractor with over 40 employees. In his spare time, he loves to support Virginia Tech athletics, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time with his family.

Sara received her bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise and a second degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Radford University Carilion. She has had the privilege's to work with patients throughout our local community, helping them return to the things they love through physical therapy. Sara has an innate passion for helping others and serving her local community. In her free time, she loves to spend time outside, enjoy nice food, traveling, and being able to express her creative mind.
